My 2013 CHA Top 13

I know we have all had time to pour over all of the new goodies from CHA.  I made a Pinterest board to help me keep track of them, but I thought I would share my top 10 manufactures on my blog just for fun.  After trying to stick to only 10 things, I knew it couldn't be done, so I decided to pick 13 manufacturers for 2013!!! So without further ado & in no particular order here is my list:

1. Elle's Studio - Day to Day is seriously cute! I recently bought some of their products and I have since fallen in love with them!

2. Jillibean Soup - All of it, but especially Chilled Cucumber Soup, Placemats, Corrugated Shapes, Sugar Picks and Wise Words!!!

3. The Crafter's Workshop - Julie Fei-Fan Balzer and Ronda Palazzari's new templates are just aMAZing!!! Have I mentioned that I have become addicted to these things?!?!

4. My Mind's Eye - Collectable...yeah pretty much all of it!!!

5. Little Yellow Bicycle - Naturals...canvas, wood, cork, & burlap yumminess!!!

6. Studio Calico - Snippets, Sundrifter and Here & There. I am digging bits and pieces from each of these collection!!! The stars, the wood veneer (did you see the horses?!?!) and the colors!!!

7. Bella Blvd - Sand & Surf - I'm going on a beach vacation this summer and I see this coming in quite well for that!!! I am also loving the new feathers and crochet hearts!!!

8. Bo Bunny - I must say this is my most favorite release from Bo Bunny ever! All of their new collections are amazing and I can not wait to dig into them.  I am especially excited about their new doilies, bling and stamps!!!

9. Tim Holtz - Distress Paint! Need I say more? Really, who doesn't need these?!?!

10. We R Memory Keepers - Envelope Punch Board! This tool just looks amazing and I would love to be able to make cards and not have to worry about them fitting in an envelope!!!
11. Lily Bee - I am loving everything about their new Pinwheel collection and their new embellies package! Thank you for making them in a smaller grouping like this!!!

12. Teresa Collins - That elegant owl alone makes me what her new Stationary Noted collection!!!

13. Allison Kreft/Webster's Pages - The fun and bright colors in this collection make me happy!

So...there you have it! My TOP 13 But I will admit, there are many more bit & pieces and other manufacturers that caught my eye this year! Metallic, cameras, owls, horses, chevrons, jars, potty people, feathers, triangles, mustaches, wood, stencils and stars OH MY!!!

CHA in review: Cricut Circle Swarm & Day 1

I know I am a little late with the CHA update, but the snow kept me there a little longer than expected and I just haven't had time to put this together until this weekend. I have a ton of photos, but for some reason I always seem to end up wishing I had taken more and feel like I am missing photos of some things I wish I had gotten a picture of. Some of that would probably be improved upon if I had a better camera. Maybe next time! Back to the photos I do have...since I have quite a few and I don't want to overload you, I am going to break them up into a couple of posts! Today's post is going to focus on my first 2 days in LA.

I arrived safe and sound in LA, but without my luggage! Thank goodness it went out on the next plane and I had it by the next morning. My brother picked me up from the airport and he insisted that I at least see the ocean while I was there. We arrived just in time for me to see a rather pretty sunset!
Friday was super fun as I helped out and attended my very first Cricut Circle Crop! I had a great time meeting some of my fellow Circlets and I was amazed at how much scrapping they got done! I usually end up doing more talking than scrapping at these things!

Cricut Circle Swarm
Here is the make and take booth! Gotta love green glitter and Mod Podge!
Jinger Adams stopped by and did a few giveaways!!!
Teresa Collins stopped by and shared the exciting news that she will be doing some cartridges!!!
You can read more about it on her blog HERE.
And this lucky lady won a fabulous giveaway of some of her new goodies!
CHA Day 1
Welcome indeed! And the sunshine in LA was glorious!!Once inside at the Provo Craft it was quite evident that they were celebrating!
It was the Cricut's 5th birthday!
And to celebrate 5 years Provo Craft designed a limited edition Cricut Expression.
Isn't it beautiful???
I just loved the Cricut in the carpet too! How cute!!!
This is a photo of the booth before all the mayhem began on Saturday!
Everyone wanted one of these little guys! Aren't they adorable?!
They gave these out to everyone that dropped by the booth.
(At least until they ran out!)The lovely Jana Eubank manning the Circle table!
Here is the fantastic Michelle Lanning helping out at one of the amazing make and takes they had each day!
Saturday evening Provo Craft held a party and the entertainment for the evening weredancers from the show "So You Think You Can Dance": Twitch, Josh and Comfort and several other dancers from some other dance shows! I absolutely LOVE this show and I was pumped to get the opportunity to watch them dance in real life! Dancers like that always amaze me with their talent and athleticism and it was so entertaining!
I got lucky enough to get a photo with Twitch and needless to say Danny was super jealous!!!
I even took a couple of videos of them dancing that you can check out here:

I leave you with a photo of some of my fellow Cricut Circle designers!
Michelle, Jana, Me, Amy, Cindy and Shantaie
These ladies are AWESOME and I really feel blessed to have had the chance to meet them and to spend some time getting to know them! I really felt a close to connection to them and feel like I have made some great friends!!! And these ladies made my CHA a truly wonderful and fun filled experience!

HAPPY HUGS and stay tuned for my next update where I will share some photos from some other booths and share some of my new faves!
