Free Cut File | Hand Drawn Circles

I'm back with a new FREE DIGITAL CUT FILE as promised! This one is called Hand Drawn Circles. I just recently shared a layout that I used it on entitled Cuteness. I love how these images can be used as small embellishments or as large focal points of frames on a scrapbook page. I also think they could be kind of cool if they were cut from vinyl and then used to decorate a teens bedroom walls. Just an idea!
