I call it a fringe flower because I created it by taking a strip of paper and cutting it like fringe the entire length of the paper. I then rolled it up and fastened it with some glue. Then I just folded down the "petals" and added the center piece. Super simple and easy!
And of course I had to give it a little dimension using the fabulous Helmar Zap Dots!!!
Next up is a LO of my darling niece posing with Ronald McDonald! I had a ton of fun, probably too much fun really, creating the circle frame on this LO! It is covered with torn bits of Soup Staples in red and then backed with a punched border of Soup Staples in olive! Sometimes I just love to play with my paper!!!
This final card makes me proud...it was up in the Jillibean Soup booth at CHA! Don't you just love that flower?!? I know I do! It is a cutting template created by Laina Lamb! Make sure you check out all of her designs HERE!
I added some Stickles to the edges and inside the flower for a little sparklie fun!!!
